Description:
This machine is designed special for taping and sintering polyimide films to copper wires, round or rectangle.
The machine is duplicated with two same sections for higher productivity.
Each section has two mechanical constant-tension taping heads, one prograde and one obverse;
Take-up station is tension-trackslip type with damping. By this special take-up device, the wire will not be drawn smaller or thinner. The tension is manually adjustable.
Full closed shield, cover open/close driven by pneumatic.
If don’t use sintering machine, it can be used as normal paper wrapping machine.

- Operation worktable: covered by stainless steel
- Wire straightener: straightening rollers are made by MC Nylon
- Wire polisher: polishing upper and lower surface of the wire, to increase the surface adhesion capability.
- Film taping heads, two (one prograde and one obverse); The film disk is equipped with mechanical constant-tension device; It will automatically stop when film breaks off; Each wrapping head can load two film disks
- Shield for taping section: full-sealed structure, driven by pneumatic, with view window
-Towing device: towed by thickened synchronizing pedrail; Pressing wheels are circular-arc-tooth synchronized wheels.
- High frequency sintering machine: interlocked with main machine
- High-temperature resistant pressing wheel: stainless steel framework, silicon rubber coated
- Radiating stove: electric heating tube made by stainless steel, movement driven by linear rail
- Cooling water tank: welded by stainless steel
-Transmitting belt: synchronizing tooth-shape belt
