Description
This machine is specially designed for winding foil coils used in reactors.
Foil coils use copper or aluminum foil in different thickness as conductor, broad strap type insulation as interlaminar insulation to become roll type coils.
The shape of coil can be round, oval and rectangular.
This machine can wind foils directly to the core column in square section. On the head chuck and tail chuck, there are clamping arms suitable for square cores. The clamping thickness is adjustable 0-350mm; width 0-180mm, for different size.
The head chuck and tail chuck are mechanical interlocked, and so they have same winding moment.
This machine is PLC control, high automation.
