Description
This series machines are special for processing aluminum and copper busbars used in electric power, high/low voltage electric apparatus and busway industries. It combines punching, cutting and bending functions together as well as some other functions such as embossing, twisting, flatting, pressing tie-in, etc.
Explanation of machine code
WMX-303C—one main driving motor, one set of hydraulic system; Three stations can’t work simultaneously.
WMX-303D—three main driving motors, three set of hydraulic system separately for punching, cutting and bending and so three stations can work simultaneously.
WMXZ-303C—same as above, only one motor and one set of hydraulic system, just the punching unit is like turret punch press, there are total six turret stations with six kind of punching moulds and don’t need changing tools during punching.
WMXZ-303D—same as above, three motors and three hydraulic systems, the punching unit is of turret structure.
NCMX-303DK1—it is just 303D type equipped with one PLC control system. This PLC control system is only one axis control which means it only control the bending angles.
NCMX-303DK2—it is just 303D type equipped with one PLC control system. This PLC control system is two-axis control which control both bending angles and bending backguage, punching position on length direction and cutting length.
FMCMX-303K--this is full automatic CNC busbar processing machine, four-axis control
