Description
This device is for those SF6 apparatus and GIS composite apparatus.
It can vacuum those apparatus, then fill SF6 gas.
It can recover SF6 gas from those apparatus, and clean, compress and store into storage tank.
It is comprised of recovering system, filling system, vacuuming system, purifying system and storing system.
It may carry out below functions:
Vacuum and measure vacuity of itself and apparatus
Recovering SF6 gas from apparatus
Drying and purifying recovered SF6 gas
Filling SF6 gas to apparatus
Storing SF6 gas
Main features
Adopts designing principle from Germany DILO company, advanced design, compact structure, complete function, convenient operation
Using dual-grade single action compressor which can compress SF6 gas directly into liquid, so to stored in the tank inside the device
Vacuum system adopts dual-grade rotary-vane pump, high vacuuming speed
Recovering system adopts single-grade rotary-vane pump (diaphragm pump), low recovery residual pressure, quick speed
Filter inside purifying system has built-in vacuum electric heater and high efficient sorbent, better purifying result
Adopts patent special SF6 valve, more reliable than ball valves used in overseas similar devices
Storing capacity can be as customer’s requirement
Movable, air cooling, no need water source
