The line can be designed according to different requirement.
Pre-treating section is for cleaning radiator body; Painting line usually adopts dropping & flowing paint method because of radiator structure.
Sometimes there should be radiator inner pre-treating and inner painting also.

Working Flow
- Pre-treating line:
Loading workpiece (gantry crane) → degreasing → cool water washing → acid pickling → cool water washing → surface adjusting → phosphorizing → cool water washing → hot water washing → blowing water → workpiece unloading
- Painting Line:
Loading workpiece（auto-running hoist）→ primer pre-spraying→ primer flow painting →primer drop painting →primer supplement painting → primer drying →topcoat pre-spraying → topcoat flow painting → topcoat drop painting → topcoat supplement painting → topcoat drying → workpiece unloading
