This integrated precious insulation oil dielectric loss tester is for measuring dielectric loss TAN and capacitance of transformer insulation oil.
This is a high precision instrument; integrated with oil cup, temperature control instrument, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power, and standard capacitor, etc.
Heating method adopts high-frequency induction heating, non-contact with oil cup, quick and even.
AC test power adopts AC-DC-AC converting method, avoiding effect to measuring precision by fluctuation of voltage and frequency of city electric power. So even electric power is from generator unit, this testing instrument can also work properly.
Inside standard capacitor is SF6 tri-pole capacitor whose dielectric loss and capacitance will not be affected by ambient temperature and humidity; Thus ensuring long time high precision test.
